On September 5, 2014, Delbert C. Houtz, beloved husband of the late Dorothy M. Houtz (nee Camp); devoted father of Terry D. Houtz and wife Karen; loving grandfather of Amy Martin and husband Chester, Kate Elie and husband Oswald; dear great-grandfather of Tristan and Aaron Elie.
Visiting at E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be held at Salem United Methodist Church on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at 11 am. Interment Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
