The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Joseph Lorber can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: to the Lorber Family......my sympathy is extended to all of you. living next door to you all for many years, mr joe was a part of my childhood. there was only a fence between us, but for us kids, we just hopped back and forth. the Lorbers, Harris' and Bennett kids all just played together and were watched over by all the parents. we know he is in heaven, still watching over us. one of baltimore city fire department's finest. bless you mr joe and much love to miss margaret and all the family.
