Condolence: Jeff was our next door neighbor for many years. I will never forget the day our out side dog died, as my children were crying, I could hear Jeff crying.....Jeff was always friendly, had a smile and a wave as we passed each other. Our thoughts and prayers are with his daughter, his entire family and friends. Heaven gained an angel...in everlasting bliss.
