The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of David Myers can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Elmwood Elementary brought our two families together and we grew into neighborhood friends. What a true gentle and kind man...and loving devoted father. We have held tight over the years to the shared OC vacation- and waking to the sign "OC or BUUST" on our vehicle. Such a great guy- gone all too soon. The Horchar family extends heartfelt sympathy to Rachelle and David and the entire Myers family. We are so very sorry for your loss.

Condolence: What can you say about a dear man like David, he was the gentle giant. Always telling stories, making lists, determined to live his life no matter the physical disabilities he fought so hard to overcome. I will think of you everyday and imagine you walking with your Dad, Granny and Grumps and all those who were waiting to welcome you with open arms. Be at peace, dear David. You will always be so very loved.
