On February 1, 2016, Helen Geaslen Dobry, beloved wife of the late Joseph Gerard Dobry; devoted mother of Laura Dobry Marshall, Arlene Dobry Shoemaker, Susan Dobry, Carol Dobry Ginsberg Schoolnick, and Irene Dobry Glass; dear sister of the late Ethel Lair and James Geaslen; beloved grandmother of Joshua Dobry Shoemaker and his wife, Stephanie, Stefan Leonard Shoemaker and his wife, Barbara, Jared Alan Shoemaker and his wife, Kristy, Robert Joseph Ginsberg and his wife, Jennifer; great-grandmother of Madison, Hailey, Sawyer, Samantha, Joseph and Monica Shoemaker. Also survived by sons-in-law Reggie Marshall, Leonard Shoemaker, and Brett Schoolnick and nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may call at Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, and Thursday, February 4, 2016, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A Christian Wake Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 4, 2016, at 4:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael the Archangel Church on Friday, February 5, 2016, at 12:00 noon. Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
