Phelan, Kathleen Berube and her husband Matthew, Emma Berk and Colleen Berk; brother of Richard Berk and his wife Patricia; brother-in-law of Lois Johnson, Wilbert F. Johnson, and Lillian and Charlene Berk.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Monday, April 17, 2017, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Matthias Episcopal Church on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at 11 am. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
