Obituary for Robert O. Lensch
Robert O. Lensch, 71,passed away, January 14, 2018, while on a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean, on the island of St. Lucia.
He was born in Baltimore, Md and moved to Florida in 2003 from Baltimore.
He was retired from Acme Markets and served in the US Army/Army Reserves.
He was Catholic and belonged to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Clearwater where he was a Money Counter and worked with the Bingo Ministry.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth M.S. Dietel Lensch and Bernhard Lensch. His sister, Eunice Rhodes and a stepbrother B. Lee Lensch.
He is survived by his Life Partner, Wayne Clegg, and his children and grandchildren. A sister, Carol Edwards (Wayne) and a brother Donald Lensch (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Clearwater and/or Jerusalem Lutheran Church, 4605 Belair Rd., Baltimore, MD 21206.
The family will receive friends at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 6-9pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 10:00am. Interment will be in Parkwood Cemetery.
