On September 20, 2018 Alice May (nee Sauerwald) Markert, beloved wife of the late Carl Henry Markert, Sr.; devoted mother of Judy A. Bauernfeind and her husband Pete, Carl H. Markert, Jr. and his wife Deborah; cherished grandmother of 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; dear sister of the late Eddie Sauerwald, June Cunningham, and Shirley Moull; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A. 11750 Belair Road on Monday, September 24, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 10am. Interment St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery.
