Obituary for Carl Lawrence Rach
On December 4, 2021, Carl Lawrence Rach passed away quietly in Bel Air; he is the beloved father of Carl A. Rach and his wife Tracey, Christopher Rach and his wife Amber; and devoted grandfather to Garrett A. Rach and Michael L. Rach. He is survived by his sister, Dottie Frech, and is predeceased by his brother William Rach and parents William and Loretta Rach.
Carl loved nothing more than working on his model train garden, devoting his time to serving the Lord at Immanuel Lutheran Church, and listening to a variety of Classical music. His quick wit and silly sense of humor always added fun to family gatherings. He will be missed by all but it helps to bring peace to all of us knowing that he is reunited in heaven with the loved ones he has missed so dearly.
The family will receive friends at the Lassahn Funeral Home Inc., 7401 Bel Air Road, Nottingham, MD (Overlea) on Thursday, December 9, 2021, from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm.
All family and friends are welcome to attend a celebration of life in remembrance of Carl, scheduled for Friday, December 10, 2021, at 11:00 am. This will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 5701 Loch Raven Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21239.
