Obituary for Dororthy J. Ford (Spencer)
On March 16, 2023, Dorothy J., (nee Spencer) Ford, predeceased by former husband, Douglas Ford; devoted mother of Randy Ford and wife Dolly, Janet Getz and husband Stephen, Bryan Ford and wife Lindy, Jeffrey Ford and wife Barbara, Todd Ford and wife Denise; loving grandmother of Aaron, Katie, Adam, Madeline, Ryder, Piper, Jordan, Jarrett, Brendan, Joel, Chelsea, Joshua and Jacob, dear great-grandmother of Geronimo, Aidyn, Grady, Reed, Riley, Remington, Davis, Caleb and Ella.
Dottie worked until she was 88 and mentored many co-workers in her career at the Dental Center. She was the best cook in the world, took motorcycle rides till the age of 91, and got special joy from riding her tractor. Most of all, she loved God and her family.
Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A. 11750 Belair Road in Kingsville on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 12:00pm- 2:00pm and 5:00pm-7:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 5:30pm. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Friends of Jerusalem Mill (www.jerusalemmill.org) or Salem United Methodist Church (www.salemunited.org).
