Obituary for Kathryn Louise Whaley (Trivett)

On October 20, 2020 Kathryn Louise Whaley (nee Trivett) born in Maryland, passed away at the age of 91, beloved wife of Charles Whaley and Gerald Dively (who predeceased her in 1983). She was the devoted mother of Gregory Dively and Jonathan "Keith" Dively; loving grandmother of Scott Dively and Aimee Breeden Danielle Johnson; loving great-grandmother of Hayden, Harper, Hunter, Wynn and Crew; and sister of Roland Trivett.

She worked for many years at Good Shepard Church managing their preschool and worked in her own kitchen cabinet business, J. D. Sales for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren. For many years she enjoyed time spent in her mobile home at Treasure Beach in Fenwick Island with Charles. She really enjoyed gardening and loved all kinds of flowers - the more, the better. Also, she really enjoyed watching birds. She especially loved hummingbirds and had a collection of them all over her house. She was a fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Ravens. She was a former member of Perry Hall Baptist Church in which she was a member of the choir.

Visiting at Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea), on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, 11 am - 1 pm (face masks are required to enter the building). A graveside service will be held at Parkwood Cemetery on Wednesday, October 28, 2020m at 1:15 pm.
