On January 9, 2023, Melody Ann Manuel (nee Hipley) passed away; beloved daughter of Ethel M. Hipley and the late John E. Hipley; sister of the late Linda Mae Lutman; also survived by her son, Gary Manuel, Jr. and her beloved cat ”Bella”.

Funeral services will be held privately.
