Alec Ryan Proulx, 27, of Perry Hall, Maryland, passed away peacefully on July 30th 2026.
Born on December 31st 1998, in Baltimore, Maryland, Alec was the son of Sharon and Steve Proulx. He graduated from Perry Hall High School and was currently in attendance at Lincoln Tech Trade School working towards earning a certificate for Welding to build a better future for himself and his children.
Alec spent his 27 years on Earth as a good friend, father, son, and brother where he was known for his friendly disposition, loyalty, and quick sense of humor. Outside of work, he enjoyed cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, the Baltimore Orioles and the Washington Capitals, and spending summers with family at the beach. He never missed an opportunity to make someone laugh and was known for always lending a helping hand to neighbors and friends.
Above all else, Alec loved his family. He was a devoted father, and friend whose greatest joy came from spending time with those he loved most.
Alec is survived by his children Riley Proulx(8) Justin Proulx (4) and Noah Proulx (3); He is also survived by both his parents Steve Proulx and Sharon Proulx; his grandparents Patricia Lozon and Layton Lozon; his uncle Jeff Lozon; his sister, Erika Tuer, along with his niece Stella (4), nephew Jack (6), extended family members, and lifelong friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Saturday August 15th , from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home P.A..,11750 Belair Rd, Kingsville, MD 21087. A memorial service will follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Reflections Grief and Wellness Care - Maryland Lighthouse Chapter.
