Austin Samuel Grodnitzky passed away on January 27, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and cherished memories that will forever live in the hearts of those who knew him.Austin was the loving father of Annabelle Grodnitzky, who was always held close in his heart and soul. He was the cherished son of Dawn Elizabeth (née West) Grodnitzky and Mitchell Jay Grodnitzky, and a dear brother to Maddie Grodnitzky, Sabrina Grodnitzky and her husband Kevin, and Joel Grodnitzky and his wife Elena. He was a devoted grandson of Karl and Margo Franz, and Murph and Shirley Grodnitzky, and a loving nephew of Maximilian Franz and his wife Megan, Kurt Franz and his wife Kathleen, Erik Franz, Jody Grodnitzky, and Juli Mondschein and her husband Warren. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends who will deeply miss his presence and kind spirit.

Those who knew Austin will remember his infectious laugh, his enormous heart, and his incredible generosity. He loved deeply and without reservation. When Austin said, “I love you,” it wasn’t just words — it was forever. He had a special way of making people feel seen, valued, and cared for.

Austin enjoyed crabbing, listening to music, and attending concerts. He loved to have fun and truly treasured time spent with family and friends, creating memories that will be held close forever.

Though his time here was far too short, Austin’s impact was immeasurable. His memory will live on through the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the countless lives he touched. We take comfort in knowing that Austin is now at peace in the loving arms of Jesus.
