On February 16, 2014 Benjamin “Bud” J. Kahler beloved husband of the late Beverly L. (nee Henry) Kahler; devoted father of Carol “CJ” Jeffries, Terry Schoff and her husband Lou, Chris Kahler and the late James Kahler; loving grandfather of several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother of Louise Prather and the late Elizabeth Vaughan, Barbara Miles, Robert and Jacob Kahler.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of St. Michael the Archangel on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 11:00am. The family will receive friends at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. 7401 Belair Rd. (Overlea) on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 3-5 & 7-9pm. A Christian Wake Service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 4:00pm. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. If desired memorial contributions can be made in his name, “Candyman” Benjamin Kahler, to Loch Raven V.A. Community Living Center 3900 Loch Raven Blvd. Baltimore, Md. 21218
