Betty Groom Hamilton

On March 1, 2017, Betty Groom Hamilton, beloved wife of the late Frederic A. Hamilton, Sr.; devoted mother of Frederic A. Hamilton, Jr. and his wife Joan and Wendy S. Dixon and her husband Rod; mother-in-law of Sandra Hamilton; grandmother of the late Jeffrey Hamilton and Laura Marie Thornton; great-grandmother of Julia and Collin Hamilton, Bridgette Sands and Patrick, Liam and Vivian Caswell.

A memorial service will be held at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Thursday, March 9, 2017, at 1 pm. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, alz.org or 1-800-272-3900.
