(nee Ross) Chilcoat; devoted father of Jill Richardson and her husband Don, Jackie Richardson and her husband Marty, Sr., Carvel Chilcoat and his wife Denise and Judy Phillips; loving grandfather of Marty Richardson, Jr. and his wife Stephanie, Mandy Richardson, Christopher Richardson and his wife Mindy, Leanna Richardson, Jonathan Phillips, Josie Phillips and Kerrie Richardson; brother of Virginia Parham and Grace Kahl; uncle of Shari Booth; brother in law of Elaine and Bob Fetrow.

The family will receive friends at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Friday, August 1, 2014 from 2-5 & 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 11:30am. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. If desired memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Freida Chilcoat’s name.
