On February 2, 2016, Charles J. Mulligan, beloved husband of the late Shirley E. Mulligan (nee Smelter); devoted father of Brian C. Mulligan, Shawn M. Melnikoff and Kevin M. Mulligan; also survived by one grandchild, Megan C. Melnikoff.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (Hydes) on Monday, February 8, 2016, at 10 am. Interment St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church Cemetery. Contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 13305 Long Green Pike, Hydes, MD 21082.
