On January 25, 2018, Charles N. Young, beloved husband of the late Leda, (nee Rhodes; devoted father of Steven C. Young and the late Terri DiFatta;father-in-law of Charlotte Young and Vince DiFatta; loving grandfather of Laura, Amy, Andrew, Timothy, Jeffrey and Sean; brother of Bruce Young , the late Mirabel Smith and Joan Selleck; also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home,Inc. in Overlea, 7401 Belair Rd. on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Friends will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. A graveside service will be held at Parkwood Cemetery on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. A memorial service will be held at Valley Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
