On March 5, 2020, Charlotte Denise Mackey passed away, beloved wife of Harry B. Mackey, Jr.; devoted mother of Bryan Mackey and his wife Heather and Blair Mackey and his wife Tina; half-sister of Victoria Bragg and John L. Weber Jr.; loving grandmother of Martin, Maeve and Tamsyn Mackey; sister-in-law of Richard Mackey and his wife Mary.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Thursday, March 12, 2020, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 4301 Raspe Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21206, on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at 11 am.
