Charlotte Marie Wagner (Menke)

On October 10, 2020 Charlotte Marie (nee Menke) Wagner, beloved wife of the late William Willard Dumler, the late Russell Jennings Williams and the late Charles William Wagner; devoted mother of William W. Dumler Jr and his wife Robin Ann and Charlotte Marie Ewing and her husband James; loving grandmother of Heather Snyder, David William Dumler and his wife Elizabeth, Zachary Butler and Nicole Ribakow; cherished great-grandmother of Natalie, Matthew and Michael Dumler and Faith Baranowski and Donna Snyder; loving sister of Evelyn Westfall and her late husband Richard; she is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
