On November 17, 2021, Clarence Ralph Burns passed away; beloved husband of Genevieve E. Burns (nee Loughry); devoted father of Steffan R. Burns (Stephanie), Lorie A. Oney and the late Sonya R. Schneegold; loving grandfather of Erin E., Anna K. and William R. Burns and Ashley E. Labadie (Justin); brother of the late Ruth Criss.

A graveside service will be held at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens on Friday, November 26, 2021, at 12 noon. Those desiring, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1850 York Rd D, Lutherville-Timonium, MD 21093.
