On September 1, 2014, Clarence O. Carter, beloved husband of the late Mildred C. Carter (nee Doelle); devoted father of Clarence (Sonny) L. Carter, Henry D. Carter, Catherine C. Preston, Gerald (Joe) W. Carter, Phyllis L. Simon and Linda A. Evans; also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Thursday, September 4, 2014, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 5, 2014, at 10:00 am. Interment Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
