She was the beloved wife of Mark Kennedy; loving mother of Kelli Loper, Robert Heffernan, David Loper and Alicia Loper; dear sister of Donna Loper DiGulio O’Brien and Dorothy Loper; devoted daughter of the late Robert Loper and Dorothy (nee Cole) Hoey-Aloise.
