On August 31, 2015 Delores L. Dubbs beloved wife of the late David Capen and the late Theodore Dubbs; devoted mother of Mary Rocks and her husband Dennis, Patricia Ryan and her husband Victor and the late Janet Taylor and her husband Keith; loving grandmother of Keith D. Taylor and his wife Kelly, Jessica Shellman and David Brookhart; cherished great grandmother of Keith M. Taylor, Terrance Shellman, Kayla Shellman and Alyssa Shellman.

The family will receive friends at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. 7401 Belair Road in Overlea on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 11am. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
