Edith Ann Keene (Douglas)

Edith Ann Keene, aged (93) passed away July 1, 2016 in Centennial, Colorado. Edith was born in Bear Springs, Tennessee and has lived in Florida since 1967 while spending summers in Parker, Colorado. She was a retired real estate agent in Orlando, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Lester Keene, brother Delmar Douglas and sister Betty Jennings.

She is survived by her brother James Douglas of Martinsburg, Missouri, brother Thomas Douglas of St. Louis, Missouri, son Douglas Keene, (daughter in law Sharron Keene) of Ocala, Florida, daughter Karen Anderson, (son in law Ken Anderson) of Parker, Colorado, grandson First Lieutenant Mark Anderson of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, Granddaughter Shannon Hogan of McKinney, Texas, Grandson Vernon L. Keene of Sabastian, Florida and 5 great grand children.

The Family will receive friends at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A. 11750 Belair Road on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 9:30am until 10:00am, at which time funeral services will begin. Interment Union Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
