On January 17, 2019, Edmund S. Gettier, beloved husband of the late Adrienne S., (nee Schuchhardt); devoted father of Donald E, Thomas B. and wife Chrissie and Paul C. Gettier; devoted grandfather of Benjamin, Katie, Natalie, Michael, Amanda and her husband Alex, Paul and Christopher; beloved brother of Gloria Gettier Dickerson and Barbara Gettier Burgee; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home,PA in Kingsville, 11750 Belair Road on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 10:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 2-5 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
