On March 28, 2018, Elizabeth A. Congdon passed away; devoted mother of Jeanne Hess, Dale Hess and Joanne Myers; loving grandmother of Caittin, Derek, Joshua, Jake, Jessica and Jordyn; sister of Gladys Marx and Clara Waugh.
A memorial service will be held at a later time. Those desiring, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
