Elizabeth B. Osbourn (Bosley)

Elizabeth (Betty) Bosley Osbourn, 96, of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away to be with the Lord on December 14, 2016. Mrs. Osbourn was born on April 27, 1920. She was the daughter of the late Samuel Billingsley and Elizabeth (Schmitt) Bosley. She was the beloved wife of the late William Ernest Osbourn, Jr.; devoted mother of William Ernest Osbourn, III and his first wife, the late Shirley Wacker Osbourn and second wife, Margaret Hines Osbourn; cherished grandmother of Scott Christopher, Steven Gregory, and Jeffrey William Osbourn and loving great-grandmother to Kaitlyn, Emily and Jacob Osbourn. She was the sister to Shelton Billingsley Bosley.

Visitation and the funeral service will be held at Advent Lutheran Church, 2230 Rock Spring Road, Forest Hill, MD, 21050. The visitation will be on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, from 2-5 pm and Thursday, December 22, 2016, from 10-11 am, with the funeral service immediately following. Interment will be at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Kingsville, MD. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Advent Lutheran Church.
