Elizabeth S. Scannell (Chvatal)

On January 10, 2014, Elizabeth Sophia (nee Chvatal) Scannell, beloved wife of the late Robert B. Scannell. Loving mother of Barbara C. Kline, Robert J. Scannell and wife Liz and Richard E. Scannell. Loving grandmother of Tim Kline, Meghan Whitehead and husband Lee; and great-grandmother of Sean, Katie and Kelly Whitehead. She is survived by her sister Marie Svehla and brother in law Jack Scannell. She was predeceased by her siblings; Catherine Filip, George Chvatal and Edward Chvatal.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home,Inc. 7401 Belair Road (Overlea), on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Christian Wake Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 7:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 11:00am at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Interment Moreland Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be offered to St. Joseph's Medical Center.
