Elsie Marie Frantz (Summers)
On February 16, 2014, Elsie Marie Frantz (nee Summers), beloved wife of the late Harry J. Frantz; loving mother of Freddie Brantley and her husband Bob; Mrs. Frantz is survived by her brother Arthur Summers. She was one of the first female police officers in Baltimore City, where she worked for 21 years.
A graveside service will be at Parkwood Cemetery on Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at 1:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be offered to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1850 York Road, Ste. D, Timonium, MD 21093.
