On February 18, 2019, Emma Virginia, (nee Walmsley) Starrett, beloved wife of the late Robert M. Starrett; devoted mother of Susan Mauro and Ralph Starrett; loving grandmother of Kristen and Lauren; dear great-grandmother of Andy and Alex.
Funeral services will be held at the Lassahn Funeral Home,Inc 7401 Belair Road in Overlea on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Visiting on Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 7-9 PM. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
