On November 18, 2015 Frances Lily (nee Knachel) Fischer beloved wife of the late Ernest Paul Fischer; devoted mother of Ronnie Paul Fischer, Deborah Ann Cushing and her husband Richard and the late Daniel Fischer, Terry Fischer and John Fischer; loving grandmother of Kimberly Ann Jones and her husband Kevin, Richard Allen Cushing and his fiancé Pam Bohnenstengal; dear great grandmother of Richard Bradshaw Jones and Ryan Carson Jones; cherished sister of Freida Koetting, Deanna Andrews and Virginia Blower; aunt of Cheryl Manning, Lorraine Warnick, Timothy Turner and the late William Koetting, III.

The family will receive friends at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A. 11750 Belair Road in Kingsville on Sunday, November 22, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 11:00am. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
