Frances Elizabeth Ruppel (Wehland)

On July 9, 2020, Frances Elizabeth, (nee Wehland) Ruppel, age 89 of Overlea passed away at Hart Heritage Estates Assisted Living. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur Bernard Ruppel who died on June 27, 2017, devoted mother of Rosemarie Colville and her late husband Bill “B.C.” Colville, Jr.; loving sister of William Wehland and wife Naomi, the late Henry Wehland and wife Marie; dear grandmother of Jennifer Eck and husband Scott; aunt of Butch Wehland, Bob Wehland Kathy Baker and the late Karen Glaser.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Rd., in Overlea on Monday, July 13, 2020 from 5-8 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make a memorial contribution to St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, 8 W. Overlea Ave., Baltimore, MD 21206. Due to present conditions, please no more than 23 people may attend the visitation and funeral service.
