On December 6, 2023 Francis “Frank” Thomas Kares passed away; beloved husband for 60 years to the late Theodora “Teddy” Frances Kares (nee Colantonio); devoted father of Kim Shramko and her husband Steven and Francis Kares and his wife Mildred; loving grandfather of Matthew and Natalie Shramko.
The family will receive friends at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Friday 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 10:30 am. Interment Parkwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Federation of the Blind at www.nfb.org.
