On October 19, 2016 George W. Speer beloved husband of Carlyn "Betty" (nee Schaeffer) Speer; devoted father of Michael and his wife Guylaine, Stephen, Carlyn and her husband Randall Williams, Cathy and her husband Brian Hess; loving grandfather of Kevin, Amelie, Hannah, Ryan, Mason, Sarah, Eric and Lauren.

A Memorial Service will be held at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A. in Kingsville, 11750 Belair Road on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 11am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in George's name to the Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org
