On January 5, 2013 George H. Wakefield, Sr. beloved husband of Sharonann M. (nee Shiner) Wakefield; devoted father of Erin and Rudy, Jaime, PJ and Jessica; loving grandfather of Ben, Jake, Seth, Colby, Kasey, Mason and Logan; loving son of Dorothea Wakefield and the late Henry Wakefield, Sr.; brother of Judy, Hank and Pat, and Kevin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 10:30am at St. Michael the Archangel Church. The family will receive friends at the Lassahn Funeral Home , Inc. 7401 Belair Rd. (Overlea) on Monday, January 7, 2013 & Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A Christian Wake Service will be held on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 3:00pm. Interment private.
