Gilbert Warren Glaser

On September 6, 2025, Gilbert Warren Glaser peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by the love of his family.

For 65 years, Gilbert was the devoted and loving husband of Marion Elaine (nee Ellenberger) Glaser. Their marriage was a true testament to love, faithfulness, and companionship, and together they built a lifetime of cherished memories and a family that was his greatest joy.

He was a devoted and loving father of Susan Glaser, Pam Holley, and Mark Glaser and his wife, Yolande’; and the cherished grandfather of Ethan, Austen, and Lyla Glaser.

To his grandchildren, he was more than just “Pop Pop”—he was their biggest cheerleader, always present to celebrate their milestones, encourage their dreams, and remind them how deeply they were loved. Gilbert’s pride and joy were reflected in every moment he spent with them.

He was a man of kindness, generosity, and unwavering support, always ready with a helping hand and a warm smile. His sense of humor and lively spirit could brighten any room, leaving joy in his wake. Gilbert found joy in life’s simple pleasures—his love for cars and vintage vehicles, being outdoors-especially cutting the lawn and making sure not a single dandelion or stray leaf spoiled its appearance, and the gift of his construction skills, able to build a home from the ground up. His steady presence and quiet strength were a true comfort to all who knew him.

He shared an especially close bond with his son, Mark, not only as a father but as a true best friend. To his wife, Marion, he was a faithful and loving partner; to his children, an extraordinary father; and to many, a dear friend whose life and love will never be forgotten.

Funeral services and interment will be private.

The family extends their heartfelt appreciation for the love, prayers, and support shown during this time, and they take comfort in knowing that Gilbert’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
