Grace M. Beveridge (Monson)

On Aug 30, 2011, Grace M. Beveridge, beloved wife of the late Bruce B. Beveridge; devoted mother of Jane B. Allen, of Greenboro, North Carolina, Donald Beveridge and wife Rachael, of Joppa, Maryland and the late Thomas A. Beveridge and Anne Beveridge; devoted mother-in-law of Lucille Beveridge, of Kingsville, MD; devoted grandmother of the late Bruce Allen; also survived by 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

She was born in Hampton, VA and moved to Baltimore in 1940 with her young family, then to Joppa, MD in 1963. She worked in the social work environment most of her life, retiring from Family and Children's Society in 1980 as Office Manager. She was an avid reader, loved to sew and created magnificent counted cross-stitch pieces.

Funeral services will be held at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Saturday, 9/3/11, at 10:00 am. Interment Bel Air Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on Friday, 9/2/11, from 3- 5 & 7- 9pm.
