Grace Elizabeth "Betty" Carter (Hilgartner)

On December 16, 2015, Grace Elizabeth "Betty" Carter (nee Hilgartner), beloved wife of Edward L. Carter; sister of William Hilgartner and his wife Lou (of Westminster) and the late Mary Ryan; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, especially two great-great-nieces and one great-great-nephew.

Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Monday, December 21, 2015, from 12 - 1 pm at which time the memorial service will begin. Interment Fork United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Comforter Lutheran Church, 419 Cedarcroft Road, Baltimore, MD 21212.
