Grace C. Slemaker (Portera)

On January 18, 2018 Grace C. (nee Portera) Slemaker beloved wife of the late Robert Louis Slemaker; devoted mother of Robert Lake, Regina Wooten and her husband Ollie, Daniel Slemaker and Grace M. Slemaker; loving grandmother of Michael Wooten and his wife Ashley, Elizabeth Wooten and Bobby Lake; cherished great grandmother of Kayla, Angelina, Brianna, Isabella, Michael Jr., and the late Eli; loving daughter of the late Joseph S. and Edna F. (nee Smith) Portera; dear sister of Rosemary Miller and the late Joseph Portera, Lelia Hudgins and Theresa Houston; also survived by her daughter in law Sonny Lake.

The family will receive friends at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. 7401 Belair Road in Overlea on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 1:00pm until 4:00pm, at which time funeral services will begin. Interment will be in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 11:30am.
