Gwinnie Purnell "Penny" Weber (Ramsey)

On January 9, 2023 Gwinnie P. “Penny” (nee Ramsey) Weber passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late John C. Weber; devoted mother of Hilda Price; loving grandmother of Deborah Casteel and her fiancé Robert Close; dear great-grandmother of Taylor Casteel and his wife Kerri, Aubrey Huffman and her husband Kyle; cherished great-great-grandmother of Wyatt and Walker Casteel; she is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. 7401 Belair Road in Nottingham on Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 16, 2023 at 11:00am. Interment will be in Parkwood Cemetery.
