On January 12, 2022, Herbert J. Grueninger, Jr., beloved husband of the late Eileen I. Grueninger (nee Childs); devoted father of Liana G. Chotikul, Lisa E., Stephen H. and Herbert J. Grueninger, III, and Lara K. Lassahn; father-in-law of Thon Chotikul, Donna R. Grueninger and Edgar F. Lassahn, III; loving grandfather of Aaron, Aimee, Stephen, Rachel, Emily, Herbert IV, Connor, Jacob, Emma, Alexis, Victoria, Samantha, and Eddie; brother of Charlene Rock and the late Meredith Volkert.
Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Thursday, January 20, 2022, and Friday, January 21, 2022, from 2-5 and 7-9 pm (face masks are required to enter the building). Funeral services will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church, 2625 E. Northern Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21214 on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 11:00 am. Interment Parkwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church or Concordia Preparatory School “Student in Need Scholarship Fund”, 1145 Concordia Drive, Towson, MD 21286.
