Hilary L. Carter
On February 15, 2012, Hilary L. Carter, beloved husband of Phyllis J. Carter (nee Miller); devoted brother of Kenneth Carter; also survived by numerous nieces and nephew.
A memorial service will be held at Fork Christian Church, 6806 Sunshine Avenue (Kingsville), on Monday, February 20, 2012, at 6:00 pm.
