On September 22, 2023, Isabel C. Baynes (nee Perkins); beloved wife of the late Robert T Baynes Sr; devoted mother of Christina Herr (Edward) and Robert T Baynes Jr. (Barbara); loving grandmother of Melissa, Edward Jr., Stephanie and the late Robert T C, Deea, Tammy and Jessica; dear great-grandmother of Brittany, Jamie, Jalen, Olivia, Allysia, Heather, Breanna, Barbie and Brock; she is also cherished by her 20 great-great grandchildren.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road in Overlea on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Further visitation will be held at Rosedale Baptist Church on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 9:00am to 10:00am, at which time funeral services will begin at 10:00am. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
