James Edward Oswinkle Jr.

On June 5. 2025, James Edward Oswinkle, Jr. passed away; beloved husband of the late Barbara Elizabeth Oswinkle (nee Fox); devoted father of Deborah Cumberland and her husband David, David Oswinkle and his wife Kim, Karen Seibel and her husband Tom and Susan Harlacher and her husband Todd; brother of Joan Edick and her husband Bob and the late Betty Collins; also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Stephen’s Church (Bradshaw) on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in his name, to St. Stephen School in Kingsville, MD or to your favorite Catholic Education Institution.
