Janet Lee Dunne (Burnett)

On June 30, 2020 Janet Lee (nee Burnett) Dunne, devoted daughter of the late Norman Burnett and the late Edna (nee Duge) Burnett; mother of Bonnie K. Alvey and her husband George, Laurie K. Turner and her husband Tom, and Stephen N. Keller and his wife LeeAnn. Mimi to her seven grandchildren, Ryan, Kristin, Julia, Joshua, Trey, Alec, and Jacob and two great-grandchildren, Audrey and Holden. Survived by her only sibling, Elaine Davis.

She was a nursing graduate of Harford Community College class of 1973. In 1987 she graduated from Notre Dame with a BA in human services. Her career began as a nurse therapist that led her to substance abuse counseling, and in her retirement the President of Upper Chesapeake volunteers. She enjoyed reading, quilting, gardening, and traveling.
