Carter: Jesse David Carter, Jr., age 40, suddenly passed on Monday, February 13, 2017. Jesse was born on June 15, 1976 to Jesse Carter, Sr. and Kathy (Kat) Carter in Baltimore, MD. He was the oldest of two boys

Jesse Carter, Jr. is survived by his father, Jesse Carter, Sr., his mother Kathy (Kat) Lemire and his step-father Max Lemire, his brother Chris Carter and sister-in-law Brooke Welsh, and his step-siblings, Matthew, Jennifer, and Ashley Barrett, and Brandon and Brent Lemire. He was also a proud uncle of Lorelei (Rory) Carter. Jesse has numerous cousins, aunts and uncles all who share in this grief. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Margaret Carter, to whom he was a devoted grandson.

Visitation will be on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 3:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at E,F. Lassahn Funeral Home in Kingsville, MD located at 11750 Belair Road.
