John Decoster Clemens Jr.

On August 18, 2021 John D. Clemens Jr. passed away. He is the beloved husband for 62 years to Arlene M. (nee Hora) Clemens; devoted father of Michelle Machlinski (her husband Robert), Michael Clemens (his wife Deborah) and the late John Clemens; loving grandfather of Timothy Machlinski, Natalie Laney, Madeleine Clemens and Elizabeth Clemens; dear brother of Mary Horsman, Randy Clemens and the late Charles Clemens, Andrew Clemens, John J. Clemens and Theresa Clemens-Mackenzie; he is also survived by his brother-in-law Frank C. Hora and numerous loving nieces and nephews. John’s most proud accomplishment was being President of the Teamsters Local 557..

The family will receive friends at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A. 11750 Belair Road in Kingsville on Sunday, August 22, 2021 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 23, 2021 at 11:00am at St. Joseph Church in Fullerton. Interment St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
