John Henry Hartman

John Henry Hartman passed away March 1, 2015. He was a Sergeant in the US Army Corp. during World War II. Following his service he became a pressman and in 1966 he founded LETTERPRESS Inc. in Washington, D.C.

John was the beloved husband of the late Berniece Anderson Kirby of Alberta, Canada and the late Lorrain Swain of Hyattsville, Maryland. Loving father of John G. Hartman and stepfather of Donna Mechalske and husband Robert, William W. Kirby Sr., Brian Kirby and wife Beth. John is also remembered lovingly by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, as well as his nephew Joe Molz and nieces Ginny and Dell.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 9:30am at St. Joseph's Church Cemetery in Fullerton.
